Finn copies every DNS record and checks each one, so your email keeps working. You set two nameservers at your registrar, and Finn gives you the steps.

Questions
What counts as an edit?
Any one change you ask for, like new hours, a new price or a different photo. A bigger change, like a new page, a new section or a layout change, counts as 5 edits.
Questions don't count, so ask as many as you like. You get 20 edits a month, and extras are $12 each.
Will my email break when the domain moves?
No. Before anything switches, Finn copies every DNS record, including your email records, and checks each one against what's live right now. If anything doesn't match, the move waits.
After the switch, Finn checks your email records again. If something's ever off, the nameservers get switched back, and your old setup is still there, untouched.
What if my site isn't a fit?
The free scan tells you before you pay. Online stores, member logins and booking engines aren't a fit yet, and the scan flags sites much bigger than about 15 pages too. If it says no, it tells you why.
Which apps can I text from?
WhatsApp, Slack and Telegram. iMessage is coming later. Use whichever you like. Finn keeps one history for your business across all of them.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan is month to month. If you cancel, you keep your content and your domain.
